Project/Program Analyst: Water & Energy Efficiency

This role will serve as a key member providing data analysis and program administration

support for a large-scale energy & water benchmarking and retrofit verification program for

thousands of site visits across the United States over the next 2 years. Their ideal candidate will

have experience with capturing, tracking, analyzing, and conducting quality assurance/control

for large data sets in addition to creating software systems and tools to enhance automation

and program implementation.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control of site visit multifamily building data –

ensuring completeness and reasonableness and identifying inaccuracies or other issues.

Analyze data and assist in preparing reports for the client.

Help create, maintain, and automate internal systems and tools for internal and external

use using appropriate software and coding solutions.

Assign and monitor progress of site visits performed by multiple subcontractors,

providing clear communication of tasks and requisite deadlines.

Correspond with building owners and lenders on energy and water upgrades

Assist the Program Manager, Program Coordinator and other senior Strategic Initiative

staff in overall project management and coordination

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in data analysis and program administration, preferably in the

Energy or Construction industries.

Strong quantitative analytical skills and facility with MS Excel, Python, SQL, or other

tools.

Experience analyzing building Energy & Water consumption, modeling savings,

measuring savings, utility bill analysis, system diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Experience in Buildings and Energy performance is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication.
